These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and wa338. Please read every clause carefully before registering an account or placing any real-money wager on the wa338 platform.

Each individual may hold only one active wa338 account. Duplicate accounts, shared accounts, and accounts opened on behalf of another person are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure.
All bonuses, promotions, and free credits awarded by wa338 are subject to minimum wagering requirements before any withdrawal can be processed. The specific requirements are stated in each promotion's individual terms.
All accounts must complete Know Your Customer identity verification before any withdrawal is processed. wa338 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to comply with anti-fraud standards.

To register an Account and participate in Real-Money Activity on wa338, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
Age Verification: wa338 uses mandatory KYC verification to confirm the age and identity of all registered players. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all pending transactions cancelled, and any winnings forfeited.
To open an Account on wa338, you must complete the registration process accurately and truthfully. You agree to provide your real full name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid email address, and any other information requested during the registration or KYC process.
Each individual may hold only one active Account on the Platform at any time. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple Accounts — whether directly or indirectly — is strictly prohibited. wa338 reserves the right to merge duplicate Accounts, close excess Accounts, and withhold any balances or winnings associated with those Accounts.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided to wa338 is accurate, current, and complete. If any of your registered details change (including your email address, residential address, or bank account details), you must update your Account information promptly by contacting our support team.
wa338 reserves the right to decline any registration application or close any Account at its sole discretion, including where the Platform reasonably suspects that the information provided is false, incomplete, or designed to circumvent these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. wa338 strongly recommends using a unique, complex password that is not used for any other online service.
You must not share, disclose, or transfer your Account credentials to any other person under any circumstances. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials will be treated as your own activity, regardless of whether it was actually authorised by you.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your login credentials have been compromised, you must notify wa338 immediately by contacting our support team. wa338 will take reasonable steps to secure the Account following such notification but accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access that occurred prior to the notification being received.
Security Warning: wa338 will never request your password via email, live chat, or telephone. If you receive a communication purporting to be from wa338 asking for your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.
wa338 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following approved payment methods: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.
You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. wa338 strictly prohibits deposits from third-party accounts, corporate accounts, or anonymous payment sources. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party may result in Account suspension and return of the deposited funds.
Deposit processing times depend on the payment method selected. Bank transfers via BCA, BRI, and Mandiri typically clear within five minutes during standard banking hours (07:00–22:00 WIB). Transfers initiated outside banking hours may take longer to process. wa338 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
All deposits are subject to anti-money laundering screening. wa338 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any deposit at its discretion, and to delay or decline deposits that cannot be satisfactorily verified.
Withdrawals may only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the wa338 Account holder. wa338 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000 unless otherwise stated.
All withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. wa338 may request a government-issued Indonesian identity document (KTP or Passport), proof of address, and, where applicable, a copy of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.
Withdrawal processing times are typically between 1 and 24 hours following approval. wa338 aims to process all approved withdrawal requests promptly, but processing times are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside our control, including third-party banking procedures and public holiday banking closures in Indonesia.
wa338 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where there is reasonable cause to suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, the Platform will notify the Player and may request additional documentation before making a decision.
wa338 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including a Welcome Bonus for new registrations and ongoing promotions for existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 10× the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be processed. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the applicable promotion; any unused Bonus Funds will expire at the end of the validity period.
Welcome Bonus: The 100% First-Deposit Welcome Bonus is available to new registrations only, subject to a minimum qualifying deposit of Rp 50.000. The bonus must be claimed within 7 days of registration. Full terms are published separately in the Promotions section of the Platform.
wa338 offers a range of gaming products including football sports betting (covering BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, FIFA World Cup, and Piala AFF), live casino, slot games, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), sabung ayam (live cockfighting streams from international arenas), and crash games. Each product category is governed by its own specific game rules, which are published within the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.
All bets and wagers placed on wa338 are final once confirmed. wa338 does not accept requests to cancel or modify confirmed bets, except in circumstances expressly provided for in the applicable game rules (such as a match postponement or cancellation under the sports betting rules).
wa338 reserves the right to void any bet or wager where there is evidence of a technical error, data feed malfunction, or palpable pricing error. In such circumstances, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's Account and no winnings will be paid.
The Platform uses internationally certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all virtual game outcomes. wa338 does not manipulate, influence, or control individual game results. Players acknowledge that all outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems and that past results have no bearing on future outcomes.
Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) and voor bola (Asian handicap) bets on football markets are subject to the specific rules published in the sportsbook section of the Platform, including rules governing voided legs, pushes, and partial cashout eligibility.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wa338 Platform. Engaging in any of the actions listed below may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all Account balances and pending withdrawals, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of wa338.
Any unauthorised use of wa338's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wa338 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
wa338's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
wa338 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, wa338 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered players via email or an on-Platform notification.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact our support team to close your Account and withdraw any remaining balance.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. wa338 recommends checking this page whenever you log in to your Account, particularly before depositing funds or claiming a new promotion.
These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law as applied to online gaming services.
In the event of a dispute between you and wa338, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter through formal dispute resolution processes.
wa338 operates as an internationally licensed gaming platform. Players acknowledge that the legal status of online gambling varies across Indonesian jurisdictions and that it is each player's personal responsibility to ensure that their participation complies with any laws applicable to them individually.
Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights as a consumer, if any, under the laws of your country of residence.
